    近年来，物联网、大数据和人工智能与物流行业各领域开始了全面融合，智慧物流对物流行业人才提出了更高的要求。本文提炼出“互联网+”时代背景下智慧物流核心岗位及其所需的核心技能，并以此为基础，对高职院校智慧物流人才培养提出了几点建议。
