    在素质教育和新课程改革的背景下，教师不仅需认真讲解基础知识，还应当锻炼学生的各项能力，提高其核心素养。因此，英语教师需灵活运用不同的教学方法，激活学生的求知欲望和学习欲望，使学生能全身心投入到教学活动中，掌握更多的知识，全面提高其核心素养。
