    Abstract：

    分层是因材施教理念下的一种重要教学模式，它可以推动不同层次学生学习能力的提升。在新课改的不断推动下，开展分层教学对教师也提出了更高的要求，教师只有做好课前规划、课上提问、课下辅导才能将分层教学模式的教学作用发挥到最大。文章以高中数学为研究对象，分析了高中数学提问教学现状，并基于分层教学模式提出了有效提问的策略，以希望在有效提问策略的引导下激活学生思维，实现学生的有效学习，并推动不同层次学生的共同提升和发展。
