Abstract：
在中职教学中，教师的主要任务是帮助学生学习基础的专业知识，使学生具备相应的职业知识与技能，为学生进入社会做好充分的准备。教师作为学生成长道路上的引路人，不仅要从学科知识与技能方面培养学生，还应该从职业道德素养与自身道德修养方面对学生加以引导，促进学生的全面发展，使学生明确良好的职业素养与能力同样重要。
