论在中职机械加工教学中行为导向教学法的运用

Abstract：
行为导向教学法最开始应用于德国的职业教育之中，并且在日后成了德国职业教育体系中不可或缺的一部分。而随着行为导向教学法在职业教育中的优势逐渐显现出来，并且不仅对德国也对世界各国进行职业教育有着巨大的帮助。如今，行为导向教学法也应用于中国的职业教育中，已经成了中国现代职业教育、培训的“龙头”发展法则，行为导向教学法也发挥着培养职业技术人才的重要作用。本文以对中职机械加工教学为例，对行为导向教学法在中职机械加工教学中的运用进行论述。
