    体育教学作为高中阶段教育的基础部分，也是学生需要学习的主要内容。高中体育教师积极改革课堂教学的内容，在课堂上构建出良好的教学环境，营造出积极活跃的运动氛围，进一步指导学生正确的运动方法，使学生主动投入到体育锻炼当中，自主参与到实践活动中，在运动的同时产生愉悦的心情和锻炼出强壮的体魄。
