    Abstract：

    当今世界，科学技术突飞猛进，知识经济初见端倪，国力竞争日趋激烈。在倡导素质教育的同时，人们提出了全面素质的概念，即全面提高学生的思想道德素质、文化科学素质、劳动技能素质和身体心理素质。从一定意义上说，心理素质决定着其他各种素质的质量水平，甚至于决定着学生最终能否成才。心理健康教育的目的是促进学生心理素质的健全发展。
