Abstract：
作为世界上广泛受到喜爱的运动之一，篮球也是中学体育教学中的重要学习内容，传统的高中篮球教学模式已经不能适应现在的教学现状。目前很多传统的教学方法需要进行细化和创新，以适应现代体育教学的要求。本文章首先介绍了高中篮球体育训练教学的现状与特点，之后对提升篮球训练教学效率提出了几点教学的建议。
