Abstract：
就目前许多供电企业的而言，过分追求经济效益的提高，对文化建设的重视程度不够。这种管理方式难以使企业员工在精神层面形成一股凝聚力，使企业整体结构呈现松散状态。面对这种情况，企业文化应积极构建，使之成为凝聚员工思想和力量的工具。这对于推动企业政工工作的开展，实现企业长期发展的目标具有重要意义。所以，以企业文化建设为切入点，为政工工作提供动力是十分必要的。
