    Abstract：

    随着社会的发展趋势，教育教学理念呈现出多样的创新化转化和根本变革，在课堂的教学更加倾向于学生个体的成长，从个性中达到共性的统一，促使各个环节顺利开展，实现学生更好的进步。分层教学的概念在初中阶段不失为一种行之有效的办法，不仅推动学生学业上面的提高，而且锻炼了学生不同事物不同阶段的学习能力，从而促进学生能够在良好的学习环境当中获得更加全面的发展。
