    Abstract：

    教师在不断进行教育改革和创新的过程中，应当能够将德育工作作为教学质量提高的主要教学方向，并能够将德育教育作为其他学科学习的重要基础。为了能够在初中阶段班主任实现德育工作教育的实效性，找到有效的实施对策，需要教师能够以自身为榜样力量，不断采用科学有效的教育方法，进行教育资源的开发和教育手段的融入，让德育教育成为学生积极发展的阳光和雨露。
