Abstract：
随着素质教育的深入实施以及职业教育现代化建设进程的加快，大多数中职学校的班主任都意识到了管理沟通的重要性，但是在各种因素的影响下很多班主任都只把沟通当作管理学生的方法，没有上升到理念这一层次，因此本文将对中职学校班主任管理沟通从方法向理念的提升进行简要分析，从而深化沟通内涵，改进班主任工作。
