    Abstract：

    我们常提到的高效课堂其实就是指在传统课堂基础上更好地提高质量和效率，促进学生的最大化发展。高中生物教学中培养学生反思能力，不仅可以提高教学效率还可以提升教学质量。鉴于此，文章结合笔者多年工作经验，对高中生物教学中学生反思能力的培养策略分析提出了一些建议，仅供参考。
