本文从国外高校教师的聘任、培训、考评、社会地位和待遇等几方面，对国外高校师资队伍建设情况进行了综合阐述和介绍。在借鉴了国外高校师资队伍建设经验的基础上，探讨了如何提高国内高校师资队伍的整体水平。
