Abstract：
随着素质教育的不断发展，学生的身体健康状况也越来越受到学生和家长的重视，但由于学生学业较为繁重，学生很难再在课后抽出时间和精力进行体育锻炼，导致现实中，学生的身体素质普遍不高。而如果在教学中加入游戏模式，或许就能让学生主动参与体育课堂的教学，提高学生的体育素养。本文尝试就体育游戏的作用及其应用方法展开研究。
