Abstract：
近年来，我国社会综合国力得到了全面的发展，从而为各个领域的发展壮大创造了良好的基础，也有效的推动了教育事业的发展。我国社会发展进入新时代，人们对教育的需求也发生重大变化，对学生素质教育工作更加重视，在这种形势下，中学教育管理工作人员务必要充分结合社会发展形势，将以人为本的教学管理理念运用到学生教育管理工作之中，从而为社会发展培养更多的德智体美劳全面发展的优秀人才。
