Abstract：
我国民用航空产业发展和国家提出的产业发展公共政策体系有直接关系,但从实践角度来看,大部分政策并没有达到预期效果,且直接限制了产业升级和技术创新的发展步伐.现如今,我国正处在供给侧改革和经济结构不断调整的发展阶段,此时最为关键的就是研究政策体系和产业发展之间的关联性,并明确其中存在的矛盾,而后根据实践发展需求优化政策体系.因此,本文在了解航空产业发展现状的基础上,研究了相关产业政策提出落实存在的问题,并从产业升级角度对我国民用航空产业公共政策的优化进行了深入探讨.
