Abstract：

随着互联网和快递物流业的高速发展与普及,以阿里健康大药房、京东大药房、健一网、壹药网为代表的B2c医药电商快速发展,药品流通也以前所未有的速度适应并跟随市场的发展,随之而来就是药品安全问题影响范围逐步扩大.因此,建立患者反馈机制是促进互联网药品质量监管的有效方式.本文就此问题做了探究和分析.
