Abstract：
随着当前社会建设,人才需求发展方向的不断变化,学校在开展人才培训组织教育工作时要主动探究教育手段的更新与教学方法的创新.教材作为学校开展人才培养的重要资料,为了确保所采用的教材能达到人才培养的目的,教育领域可以通过新型活页式、工作手册式教材的运用,以具有学校特色的教材设计,在优质教材运用下保障良好的人才教育质量.本文要探究了新型活页式、工作手册式教材开发与使用,通过设计与学校教育实际人才培养方向相一致的教材,以教学实践环节中的教材运用来促进学校教育质量的不断提高.
