    Abstract：

    建筑工程质量对我国经济社会的发展和人民群众的日常生活息息相关,因此在进行建筑工程建设的阶段,强化建筑工程管有效性,促进建筑功能工程质量的提升极为重要.本文针对当前我国的建筑工程管理和工程质量现状及问题进行了分析,认为在后续的建筑工程施工之中,需要采取完善管理措施和管理制度、规范工程建设管理过程等方法来提升管理效果,推动建筑工程质量的提升.
