Abstract：
就业是民生之本,是发展之基,是巩固脱贫成果的关键;青年就业,特别是高校毕业生的就业,是全社会就业工作的重中之重.高校毕业生就业工作是高校教育工作者关注的重要课题之一,就业质量的高低直接影响到学生个人发展、家庭生活质量和社会稳定.为进一步促进大学生就业,保证就业质量,本文通过调研地方应用型目前实际就业状况,从高校教育工作者角度,特别是辅导员角色,提出相应的对策与建议,供高校毕业生就业工作参考.
