Abstract：

随着科学技术的快速发展,信息技术已经普及到人类生活的方方面面.人们在享受着信息技术方便快捷的同时,也无不担忧地看到它所带来的负面影响.信息技术利弊共存的客观现实,为信息技术教学工作提出了新的要求,作为基础教育小学阶段的学生来说,除了要掌握必要的信息技术操作技能,还需接受信息技术所涉及到的德育教育.
