随着新时代的到来,新问题如影随形.当前,高中艺术特长生心理健问题较为突出.教师作为领路人,理应肩负起疏导之职.从结果上来看,心理问题并未彻底消除.之所以出现这种情况,原因在于分析不够深入.基于此,本文就如何抓好艺术特长生管理工作进行研究,以供相关人员参考.
