Abstract：
新课改实行以后,传统的教学观念和教学方法已经不能够满足当前的教学需求,需要对教学方法进行有效的创新.合作学习教学组织策略主要是通过将学生划分成多个小组进行合作学习,促进教学目标的实现.将这种方式运用到高中语文教学中,不仅能够有效培养学生的合作意识,还有助于锻炼学生的思维,从而能够为学生今后的学习发展奠定良好的基础.
