Abstract：
在现在的教育发展下,信息化的教育事业形式受到了大家的关注.计算机信息技术和新型教育理念的结合引进无给教育事业的发展添上一抹色彩.因一些高校的教育在教育事业占有重要成分,所以,应该跟随时代的需求和发展,虽然OBE理念的引进没有很长的时间,但是却做到与时俱进,而对于在线开放的课程的创新设计应该努力发展,这样有助于更好地将OBE和在线开放课程有机结合起来.
