    Abstract：

    新一轮军改全面展开后,随着武警部队结构的优化调整,武警士官的地位将更加突出.但是,武警士官人才培养的质量与双赢的要求仍有差距,主要表现在教育观念、教育方式、任职教育和任职教育的要求等方面,教学内容不能体现新技术、新装备、新战术,教学方法单一.针对目前武警士官教育观念落后,本文提出了深化武警士官教育改革的合理对策.
