    运算能力是小学数学核心素养中一项十分重要的内容,同时也是学好数学知识的关键因素.在实际教学中,小学数学教师要通过转换不同教学方式,加强学生对算理的理解,并激励学生积极进行运算练习,才会让其运算能力得到良好培养.同时,也会让学生从小打好运算基础,为今后深层次的数学知识学习奠定坚实基础.
