    Abstract：

    在高考政策的改革背景下,对学生核心素养的考察要求愈加提高.在高中阶段,政治对学生整体发展与相关养成有重要作用.但就当前教学情况看,部分教师受高考等方面的压力过大,过于注重理论教学,对核心素养没有做到有效培养.因此,本文将浅析在核心素养背景下以问题导学法进行政治教学的现状,并提出有效应用策略,从而培养学生政治核心素养.
