Abstract：
根据现阶段教育教学情况可见,学校与家庭之间的联系过于疏远,忽视了家校共育培育学生的重要性,笔者将通过家校共育是教学的基础、加强学校教师与家长的沟通、鼓励学生家长参观学校、成立家校共育组织、创新多样化的家校共育活动和通过课外实践加快学困生转化等做出相应陈述,对在家校共育下学困生转化的有效方法进行细致分析.
