    不同于其他工程项目而言,技改项目存在跨领域、复杂性、跨领域、多变性等特点.而传统管理模式应用难以支撑技改项目的全面执行与落实.为此需借助多元化管控模式来提升技改投资项目的管控水平,在保证技改项目成本、资源控制优化的基础上,实现以高质量管理支撑技改项目的顺利实施.
