Abstract：

养成教育着力培养学生良好的学习习惯和生活习惯，以及待人接物等方面的行为习惯，使学生养成良好的个性品质，是小学德育的重要组成部分。微视频作为班主任对小学生进行养成教育的辅助手段，立足于学生的生活实践，将养成教育点变抽象为具体，提升养成教育过程的趣味性，起到潜移默化的教学效果。
