    为加强基层党建需做好基层党务工作，如发展党员工作、党员教育与管理工作、干部考察工作、干部监督工作、党的人才管理、党的统战工作、党的思想宣传等工作，只有基层党务工作做好、做实，才能加强党的基础建设，为实现全面从严治党目标提供保障性条件。本文通过探析新形势下做好基层党务工作的措施，以期助推基层党组织稳健发展。
