    在新课程实施过程中，课程理念发生了变化，教学内容发生了变化，教学形式发生了变化，评价导向发生了变化，学生的学习方式发生了变化所有这些变革与发展都对一线语文教师的素质和能力提出了挑战，一个合格的语文教师应该具备什么样的素质和能力才能适应时代的发展，才能胜任新的历史条件下的教育工作，才能满足学生发展的需要呢?
