    Abstract：

    初中教育阶段是学生学习拓展的主要阶段，初中思想品德教育中道德与法治教育与学生自身拓展紧密联络，在现今的教育中还存在诸多问题，受以往传统教育意识的影响，教师还没有摆脱填鸭式的教学实践模式，并没有将学生作为探究的主体，使学生对思想品德教育中道德与法治课程的学习热枕不高，没有达到很好地培育效果。
