Abstract：
我国自制教具经历了由“瓶瓶罐罐当仪器，拼拼凑凑做实验”、“以自制促生产，以自制带生产”、“自制教具系列化，促进学生动手”、“提倡做中学，以教具促课改”等的一系列过程，自制教具的功能也在发生着一系列的转变：由当初的解决教学仪器的缺乏和经费的不足；解决教学的重点和难点已经向着促进教学仪器的研制、生产及提高师生的实践能力和创新能力和推动实验教学改革和素质教育提高的方向转变着。自制教具在实验教学中的作用日益彰显。
