Abstract：
网络技术的迅速发展以及国家思政教育改革的紧迫性给辅导员工作带来新的机遇和挑战。在“三全育人”教育理念下，高校辅导员应该重新转变角色定位，积极探索职业角色转型和能力提升路径，以立德树人为导向不断提升辅导员的角色胜任力，做学生健康成长的引航者，实现全方位育人的目标。
