    Abstract：

    近年来随着我国经济水平的飞速提升，电力通信网络建设工作也取得了良好的发展。为了能够使国民获得更加优质的服务，电力企业势必要对通信网络调度及运维工作加以重视。基于此，下文首先对电力通信调度的设计原则及现状展开了详细的分析，其次对电力通信调度安全防护措施以及电力通信网运维模式进行了阐述，希望能够促进电力通信网络的发展。
