    Abstract：

    随着人们物质生活的日益改善以及对生活质量要求的日益提高，人们对房屋建筑中暖通空调设备的要求也越来越高。暖通空调设备是民用高层建筑的重要组成部分，涉及采暖、通风和空气调节这三方面的技术，在建筑施工及人们生活质量中发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文简述了高层建筑暖通空调的设计原则，并分析了设计中存在的问题，针对性地提出了解决对策。
