    随着教育制度的不断变革与发展，教育部门对职中语文教师的教学要求越来越严格。互动教学主要是教师和学生之间通过良好的互动学习，以此提高教学效果与教学质量，教师要把理论知识和实际生活有机的结合起来，以确保学生把学到的知识能够运用到实际生活当中。所以，在职中语文教学中采用互动教学十分必要，该教学法应得到广泛的应用。
