小组分层教学在小学语文教学中开展策略探究

Abstract：

不同学生个体之间存在着学习差异，如果采用“一刀切”的方法进行小学语文课堂教学，很容易导致学生的两极化发展。因此，采取小组分层教学是十分有必要的。在本文中，笔者认真探讨了分层教学的重要性，并结合当前的实际教学情况提出了几点分层教学建议，希望能够为促进小学生综合能力的发展起到帮助作用。
