Abstract：
在小学体育课中，游戏是体育教学的重要内容。小学体育课着重从学生角度出发，以“个人身体练习”为主要目标，激励学生主动参加经常性的体育锻炼，达到身体、心理的全面健康。在体育教学实践中，我深深体会到：体育游戏对于少年儿童的健康成长具有重要的作用和意义。
