Abstract：

教育的重要性不言而喻，而研究教师在课堂上扮演的角色能够帮助人们了解教育的本质、提高教育水平。本文介绍并比较了哈默、斯克里夫纳对于教师角色的分类，可以看出哈默的分类更加全面灵活。同时分析探讨了在学术英语课堂及通用英语课堂老师所扮演角色的异同，课程类型的不同要求老师们能够根据实际情况扮演不同的角色。
