Abstract：
随着社会的发展和进步，越来越多的职位和部门需要的高素质劳动者和专门人才，和中等职业学校教育的大家庭的成员在我们国家，肩负着重要的任务是为社会主义现代化建设提供了充足的劳动力。因此，中等职业学校肩负着完成伟大历史使命的重任。既要教学生掌握专业技能，又要把学生的德育作为学校教育的重中之重，这是培养学生德才兼备、人格健全的必要条件。
