    本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对平原县第一中学2019级学生学习《八段锦》课程教学效果进行调查研究，通过对课程开展现状、内容设置、学生的学习目的以及课程认知等问题进行调查分析，为平原县第一中学开设《八段锦》课程的科学开展提供有效的参考依据。
