Abstract：
阅读教学是小学语文教学中非常重要的组成部分，因此想要提升小学语文的教学效率，就要着重培养小学生的阅读能力。随着我国教学事业的持续改革，传统的阅读教学方法已经不能满足现代化的教学需求，为了提高小学生阅读的质量，教师可以将个性化的阅读方法引入到教学中，通过这种新颖的教学模式让小学生得到全面提升。本文针对个性化阅读教学在小学阶段的教学中存在的问题以及如何提高小学个性化阅读教学的效率，进行了深入的研究，仅供广大教学工作者参考。
