    Abstract：

    在小学数学教育工作中，存在过度注重学生学业成绩的情况，导致小学生的课业负担过重，小学生完全缺乏参与课外活动、合作探究、自主思索的机会，完全是跟随教师的脚步去学习，导致小学生的学习兴趣、积极性比较低。由此，小学数学教师一定要解决小学生课业负担过重的问题，构建减负合理、实现减负增效，提高小学数学教育工作质量、效率。
