Abstract：
体育课是培养学生学会锻炼的方法，能够运用锻炼的方法自我锻炼，提高学生的身体素质和心理健康发展以及适应生活环境的能力。通过研究和探讨分组教学模式，我们可以发现分组教学模式能够有效的激发学生主动参与体育活动的积极性，还可以提高学生的各种能力。
