    Abstract：

    在进行小学数学教学时，分层教学的合理应用能够使学生学习需求得到更大的满足，小学数学教师需要对其进行深入分析，保障整体教学效果，本文综合探究小学数学教学过程中实施分层教学的具体策略，分别从教学目标，教学环节，课后作业，评价考核与教学氛围五个方面进行具体分析，希望小学数学教师能够更为高效的开展课堂教学。
