Abstract：
激励教育在小学语文教学中的应用具有一定的意义，能够有效调动学生的学习热情，让学生产生学习的斗志，进而投入到课程的学习。为此，教师在小学语文教学中一定要意识到激励教育模式的价值，在语文教育课堂上实施语言、竞赛、物质以及榜样激励法，从而有效发挥出激励教育模式应用于小学语文教育课堂上的价值，促进学生全面发展与提升。
