Abstract：
培养英语听说能力是高职英语教学的重要任务，也是语言教学的基础，为确保学生能力培养效果，选用科学有效的教学手段是关键。基于高职学校的教育特色以及人才培养要求，在打造英语听说课堂的过程中，需要充分考虑学生未来的岗位工作需要解决好聋子英语与哑巴英语问题，在英语听说的教学当中普遍存在的问题，为学生的就业竞争力提升打下基础。信息化手段在教育教学中的融入可以推动高职英语的革命性改革，优化学生的学习过程，为高职英语教学带来颠覆性的理想教学效果。
